1Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd97 platform and all its services. By accessing the bd97 website or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. 3Age Limit and Eligibility

• If a user registers with a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

5Bonuses and Promotions

bd97 offers various bonus promotions for new and regular users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 20 times — meaning you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• A bonus may only be claimed once and multiple claims from the same household or device are not accepted.

General Bonus Terms

• Free withdrawals are not available while a bonus is active.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• bd97 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the account may be terminated.

VIP Program

bd97's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% weekly cashback at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver and up to 1.0% at Gold. Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on continued participation and loyalty.

6Gaming Rules

The bd97 platform offers various gaming options including slots, casino and sports betting. The specific rules for each game are detailed on the relevant game page.

General Gaming Rules

• It is the user's responsibility to fully understand the rules of each game before playing.
• The result of any game affected by a technical malfunction may be considered void.

7Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or payment details.

8Account Closure and Suspension

bd97 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
